STEP 2: Structured Interviews
One-on-one and small group interviews with selected stakeholders — chosen based on symptoms already identified. Each interview is guided by the SPARK Method™ framework, not a generic questionnaire.
STEP 3: Behavioural Observation
Direct observation in key meetings and working sessions. The patterns visible in how people behave together are where the most diagnostic value often lives — and what no document records.
All three sources are synthesised into a single structured report presenting findings, evidence, root causes, and a prioritised action plan.

The Diagnostic report is delivered to the commissioning executive and to no one else without explicit authorisation. The identities of individuals interviewed and observed are protected within the report. Findings are never shared externally.
Pricing is discussed and agreed during the introductory call based on programme scope. No day rates. No scope creep. No invoice surprises. The engagement is fully scoped and priced before work begins — the fixed-price model is itself a signal that the commitment is real.
