We provide educational content, digital products, courses, community access, coaching, and a paid diagnostic service, all centered on the SPARK Method™ framework for IT project crisis prevention and recovery. This content is educational in nature. It is not professional consulting, legal, financial, or employment advice, and using it does not create a consulting or advisory relationship beyond what's explicitly purchased.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to purchase products, join the community, or book a call.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Purchases are processed through third-party platforms — Amazon KDP (Kindle and Paperback), Gumroad (eBook PDF, Action Workbook, Bundle, and free downloads), and Hotmart (Foundation Course and Deep Dive Courses) — each governed by that platform's own payment terms in addition to ours.
Refunds are available for online courses only, and only within 30 days of the course's official start date. Outside that window, or for any other product or service — including the book, downloadable resources, community membership, coaching, the 15-minute call, and the SPARK Diagnostic — purchases are final and not eligible for a refund.
The SPARK Method™ Community is free, application-based, and subject to manual review — approval is not automatic or guaranteed. Membership is governed by the Community Code of Conduct, and we reserve the right to decline an application or remove a member who violates it, at our discretion.
SPARK Method™ is a trademark of Dr. Martin Moss. All course materials, the book, downloadable resources, website content, and the SPARK Method™ framework itself are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product gives you a personal license to use it — it does not give you the right to reproduce, resell, redistribute, or teach the material as your own.
Our content, courses, and coaching are educational. We do not guarantee that any project outcome, career outcome, or business result will follow from using them — results depend on your own situation, effort, and factors outside our control. Nothing on this site is a promise that a specific project will be saved or a specific outcome will occur.
The site and all services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr. Martin Moss is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services, including any decision made about a real project based on our content.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved in Asunción, Paraguay.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the community, courses, or other services if you violate these Terms or the Community Code of Conduct, without obligation to refund any completed or in-progress service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
